Interpreting The Watershed

I feel my heart melt into earth sky and water painting in Mathews county I settled into painting two views from a narrow strip sand on Bethel Beach Preserve.

Here in a sacred place, between inland marsh and the open Chesapeake Bay, I feel sunrise and sunset in my body. I restored rhythmn and harmony with earth colors below the heart, and sky colors reconnecting spirit. Painting here brought me home to myself.
