You're being called back to the earth beneath you. Not forward, not up — down, into the body, into what's steady and already yours. Garnet is the color of returning: the deep red of soil after rain, of a hearth that never quite went cold.

Primal root (1st) chakra, at the base of the spine, grounds us to earth, safety, home. Electrical energy must be grounded!
