This is where the watershed arrives. After fifty years of following the water — from the highland streams of Appalachia, through creeks and rivers and marsh and open current — this is where it all comes home.
I have painted the bay through every season. Sublime summer afternoons when the light is almost too generous, too golden, too much to hold. The long waiting of late winter, standing at the edge, watching for spring to come back to the water. Sunrise. Sunset. The precise moment when sky meets water and there is no longer a line between them — only light, only color, only the quiet understanding that we were never separate from any of it.
Painting here feels like sanctuary. Feet in the sand, head in the clouds, the horizon holding everything. I am home.
These paintings are that homecoming. Not just mine. Yours too, if you are ready for it.
What you find here is not what you will find on Amazon or Wayfair. My paintings are licensed and available through retailers worldwide — and those works exist without my hand in the production, the color, the materials, or the way they arrive at your door. What I offer through this studio is something categorically different.
Artist's Linen Editions
Hand embellished. Signed. Limited to 50 worldwide. These begin with an image carried onto Belgian linen and then taken somewhere entirely their own. Translucent washes of acrylic. Pearlescent light. Textile collage woven into the surface. Marks made by my hand in graphite, charcoal, or oil paint stick — each one unrepeatable, each one made in response to the present moment and the quiet intention of the woman for whom the piece is being made. No two are identical. Yours will never exist again. My hand made it. For you.
Artist's Editions — Paper and Canvas
Open edition. Available in an array of sizes, from $35 to $1,500. Every Artist's Edition offered through this studio is produced to my exact specification — the paper or canvas, the ink, the color profile, the finish, the way it is handled before it reaches your door. I have decades of experience in printmaking, design, and production. I did not choose the most convenient print partner. I chose the one who could meet the standard I have held my entire working life. For the woman who wants something genuinely beautiful on her walls, this is where she begins.
